Savant are launching a cloud based Human Milk Bank Management Service. The service accommodates both altruistic donations (given by the mother, with donations being stored in a human milk bank to be given to non-related babies) and direct donations (given by the mother to her own baby).
Provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS), the Human Milk Bank Management Service supports workflow through the management and tracking of the progress production and distribution of milk products. Process control is enforced at each step in the production process, be it at receipt, testing, production or issue of milk products.
Savant’s knowledge and skills gained with PULSE (blood donation, testing, processing, product manufacture and distribution) and Hematos IIG (product testing and manufacture) stand us in good stead to help implement control systems in a human milk bank environment.
