Salary:
£50,000 per annum (Negotiable Dependent on Experience) + annual bonuses, Private Health Insurance, and other benefits.

Summary of Position
Our business requires an experienced and enthusiastic permanent full-time developer to work on PULSE, a life-critical large-scale system that encompasses many applications. For the right candidate they will work alongside other highly experienced and knowledgeable software developers. The successful candidate is expected to take ownership for their work and contribute to technical design sessions, development, maintenance, testing and a degree of customer support as and when necessary.
The successful candidate will work along-side the PULSE development team to build function rich applications, which build on Savant’s solid reputation for developing slick, well-designed software and applications. The position requires flexibility, reliability along with an aptitude for problem solving and the ability to work in a busy environment under pressure. Whilst this position is supported by the PULSE Co-Ordinator, there will be a high degree of autonomy and self-management expected. The successful candidate will report to the PULSE Co-Ordinator/PULSE Project manager.
Due to the nature of the systems we develop and support there is a hybrid working from home policy in place. Our policy consists of being in the office 3 days per week and the ability (if you so choose) to work from home 2 days per week. Note: during the probationary period (6 months) candidates are expected to be in the office full-time whilst onboarding and training takes place.
